The Welcome Party at Flying Saucer is a come and go sort of event for anyone who might want to stop by and say hi ahead of Sunday's party. Flying Saucer has good food and one of the best beer selections in the city, so feel free to grab some food and drinks while you're there! There is street parking available nearby which is free after 6pm, and there is a light rail stop directly in front of Flying Saucer.

There is no ceremony on the day of the Reception, but please arrive by 5pm for the welcome event. There is ample parking available at the venue, but Ubering is always encouraged for those who plan on drinking.
